We will hand deliver just about anything you see on our website to anywhere in Boone County, IL with just a $25 minimum order.
You will find our delivery fees are fair and reasonable.
Ship anything* on our site except flowers and balloons nationwide. No minimum order requirement!
Our business model is different, but it will actually be a good thing for you! Poplar Grove Floral specializes in holiday and event design, but we would be honored to design your "everyday" bouquet as well. This means we special order flowers as needed, which means fresher flowers, and greater likelihood of being able to capture your vision (or ours if you leave it up to us).
Don't worry! "Custom" doesn't mean "more expensive" with us. Since we do not have a brick and mortar location, wire service, waste of unused flowers, or the cost of a large staff, we will actually SAVE you money compared to our competitors.
That said, we will typically only need 2-3 business days to put in the order for your flowers, receive them, process the flowers, arrange and deliver them.
Speaking of delivery...
In an effort to keep our customers, our recipients, and our staff safe and healthy, our we offer contactless delivery. If requested, we will set the item on the recipients porch (if possible), ring the doorbell/knock, and step back to confirm delivery while maintaining at least the recommended six foot distance. If the recipient needs assistance lifting the delivered goods, our driver will be more than happy to assist.
If the recipient is not at home, we will leave the item on the porch, weather permitting, and unless instructed otherwise. In the case of inclement weather, we will tag the door and take the item with us, as well as contact the recipient to schedule redelivery at no additional charge.
Our staff wears masks, washes our hands and/or uses hand sanitizer any time we are handling product as well as between deliveries. Work stations are also kept clean and sanitized.
